He has worked closely with many of the world's leading corporate institutions, delivering his message to a truly global audience. A highly charismatic coach and keynote speaker, Keith brings an infectious energy and enthusiasm to all his delivery.

A graduate of The Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, Keith began his career as an infantry officer in the British Army. Serving in many theatres, including Northern Ireland and secondments to the Foreign Office for Diplomatic Service, Keith began to gain a special interest in what makes us tick as individuals and click as teams. Having completed 10 years decorated service Keith left the forces and joined a global banking organisation as a junior manager, but rose to the position of District Manager within an unprecedented short period of 5 years. In this role he was responsible for the retail branch network of over 90 branches and 2,000 staff. He was at the forefront of the culture shift in retail banking, moving the network from the service sector to establish a clear retail ethic.

Keith left the bank, however, in 1996 to follow his growing passion for leadership and personal development, and after a short spell as an independent consultant he joined a very young Si Group as a full time coach and keynote speaker working with a range of global clients in the private and public sectors. He established a thriving practice for Si Group in Ireland but decided in 2006, to strike out and create Votive Leadership a specialist leadership development consultancy.

Teaming up with a small partnership of talented individuals, Keith spent the first 4 months writing The Seventh Age of Management - published in August 2007. The book challenges the nature of management today and seeks to answer the question of how to improve retention and employee engagement through improved leadership at all levels.

His work and reputation have also taken him into the field of professional sport, where he has worked with a number of premiership level teams, their coaching staff and world cup winning individuals across a range of disciplines. These connections also helped in putting a small team together in 2007 to complete a 500mile cycle challenge across Vietnam and Cambodia and raising over £55,000-00 for Get-A-Head, a local cancer charity.

An Affiliated Member of the CIPD and a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIOD), Keith is a Master Practioner in NLP and a communication expert.
